It offers new workshops, three lectures, three debates, two audiovisual shows, screenings, presentations and competitions. MIRA Lab spans three days, bringing together in its first outing artists and collectives specializing in research and training in the field of technology for live visual arts. This laboratory forms part of the MIRA Music & Visual Arts Festival, now celebrating its third year and bringing together different venues in the city with a single aim: to make Barcelona the capital of the visual arts. This international event promotes the exchange of knowledge between all the agents involved in the creative industry. MIRA Lab is a space dedicated to discovering new live music and visual arts shows based on a creative brief and the most disruptive technology. The visual stuff is from the Structure module by Erogenous Tones, which is also receiving CV and gate data from the other systems.ġ5:18:53 GMT dmoney2000 said:Thanks for your interest!! Well, let me explain haha. Plaits and Chainsaw are being sent to the AE for filtering and fx. In 1995 whilst working with SSEYOs Koan software (built by Tim Cole and Pete Cole who later evolved it to Noatikl then Wotja), Brian Eno used the term. Wotja is also using the CV channel of the Analog Keys to control a voice in the AE Modular. Chainsaw is gated by the CV channel of my Analog Keys. I'm sending 1 channel of cv and gate to Plaits, and 3 channels of cv to Chainsaw. Wotja is sending midi to my eurorack midi interface, the Bastl 1983. The Wotja and Bronze systems have already been discussed in this context. In this case, I'm only using Wotja for midi sequencing. The software industry is not just predicting a change in production methods. Also similar to Sunvox, Wotja has a pretty capable internal sound engine that is configurable in a "modular" environment. Sunvox is another program with a simplified ui for this same reason. I believe that the interface is intentionally very plain because the software was designed to be able to run on a wide variety of computers and machines. Wotja is a very powerful app, but the interface is far from intuitive. Thanks for your interest!! Well, let me explain haha. ![]()
